Duck Blinds Cont.

The top two pictures demonstrate the spacing between the duck blinds. The blind in the top picture on the left is at one end of the pool and the next picture down on the right is the other blind. The distance between the duck blinds is further than the way it appears in the pictures.

The "Blairstown Lake" reference is about our online mapping system of locations and waterfowl reservations.

The wetlands highlighted in this picture series is in Missouri along a micro flyway. The wetlands was preexisting to our management that included development or enhancements to the duck attracting characteristics through water level control and food plot planting.

The new wade-in area on the same wetlands as the two blind pictures above, from the south facing north.

Within one season each duck hunter may hunt a variety of wetlands habitat to include flooded crop, marsh, sloughs, timber and open water.

The same wade-in area. The photo was taken of the north pool
from the east facing north where the main wash outs in the levee were repaired.

The most enjoyable aspect of our private Missouri wetlands we enhance for our exclusive use is avoidance of the public wetlands hunter issues of setting up close, sky busting or stealing flights. Our paid, self guided hunter approach filters out those that may not have a refined understanding of the nuance that makes for better hunts.
