Waterfowl

This is a tough one to catch. It's a flock of Redheads taken off an irrigation lake that was not getting hunted. If anyone is interested in hunting diver ducks, the irrigation and watershed lakes are our best bet. We had a good time this morning. We only killed 6 ducks, should have had at least twice that but it didn't happen. I didn't take any photos since we shot 2 hen mallards. Thousands of ducks and hundreds of shots around. TJ

In flight and on the water, the irrigation lake we hunted.

Bow Deer

Bob got a nice 13 pointer on the [location deleted] property. I have enjoyed hunting this year tremendously, even though I haven’t been able to put an arrow in one, yet. I have had many close encounter’s with does and small bucks. Our 2008 renewal is in the mail! Thank you, MAHA for the great recreation weekends our family has shared together. I am attaching a picture of Bob’s buck. It was too dark to take a picture in the field....the deer...it came out to 140 6/8....
With gratitude, [names deleted]

Thank you for sharing your pictures and compliments. We wish you many more good years to come.
