One Hunt Example
Had one day to hunt during Easter weekend.
Sat all day in a blind since I didn't hear a gobble.
Heard several hens calling and called two in hoping they would drag a tom in with them but it didn't happen.
The first hen that came in by herself.
A deer that caught me by surprise staring me eye to eye.
He did not actually see me, but it appears their awareness level is ahead of any animal in the woods.
Courious hen had to see what was calling.
Two more hens...no luck but it was a good hunt...photos taken by Jon Nee Jr.
