We were able to get back to the same pond we discovered scouting for turkey and had a another successful day fishing. The farmer had his machinery parked inside the gate so once they get the crops planted we won't be able to access the pond, but we know where it is for next spring.
For the second time rain moved in right as we were packing up to leave. We kept 15 crappie, 3 bluegill and released over 10 bass. Thanks for the opportunity to have so much land to choose from.
