Upland Bird Habitat
We always appreciate member/hunter contributions to the habitat sections of the website as they all offer slightly different perspectives on where to hunt when it gets down to a particular farm. Shown in picture is a good illustration.

John,
[Picture] One, number 20, is my old brits pointing a covey of quail; Zeke is pointing the covey and Scout is backing him up. The second, number 33, is a picture of Scout pointing a rooster in the open grass. Incidentally this rooster employed the back tracking method of predator avoidance as Scout trailed him a few yards forward and then turned around and pointed the bird right behind me.
Mike

Thanks Mike. These kind of pictures remind us of what we will not be doing this weekend, but would like to.

Archery
Congratulations on a fine buck. Thank you for sharing your pictures. Good luck this seasons.
