A pic from last season. Good hunt, everything good.

For the rest of us these two hunters are self employed small business owners that on appearance have plenty of time to hunt, in reality like all small business folks the line between their life and work is a fine one. When they do hunt they seem to do well and tell of more non-limit days than limit days.
Thanks guys, we seem to look forward to your pictures each year.
Great hunt!
Scouted several farms and heard 2 toms gobbling mid-day so chose to hunt that one. The two toms were there in the morning but flew off the opposite direction with a hen to neighboring farm. I decided to sit tight since they were off the property and I didn't want to hug the fence line not knowing if there were other hunters on the other side of the fence.
At 9:30 I was startled by the noise of two toms spurring both of my decoys. They were kicking them around like a soccer ball in full strut the whole time. I was only able to shoot one since the second didn't stick around. I don't know if they were the same two, but I believe they were because they responded real well to my calls while they were on the roost.
I didn't have a scale but he was heavy and had a 10" beard and 1 1/8th spurs.
Andrew

Thanks Andrew, good luck with your scouting.
