Fishing
The wind and rain limited the amount of days one could fish during the peak months of the spring, but there is still plenty of time for those willing to endure the heat. The pond and lake levels are up several feet compared to this time a year ago, so there is a lot of flooded vegetation, which will make ideal conditions for shallow water bass.

The majority of our fishermen/women practice catch and release, but we still have a handful that fish for panfish and catfish to eat, like this gentlemen in the photo.
