Land
Recently acquired small acreage, good habitat lease.
Another new piece under contract.
A potential lease. It has some real nice waterways for pheasant and back side tucked away timber for deer and turkey.

Some of this land was motivated by tag counts, some of it by differences in regional bird populations.
